The spring 2010 edition (BN 183) has a slightly new look thanks to our new editors, Tom Rowland and Martin Warrillow. However, you'll still find it packed with some great features.

There's a full report from the 4th BN Alton Towers naturist weekend, as well as full coverage of the International Naturist Federation swimming gala, which was held in Rugby. Great Britain triumphed in the pool, while proving magnificent hosts to teams from all over Europe.

The gala enjoyed plenty of good media coverage, both nationally and locally and we have a full page of pictures from the event, thanks to the Coventry Telegraph.

Staying with sports, Roni Fine explains some of the mysteries of petanque.

BN's schedule of events continues to grow and we have three pages of 'Big Days Out' - places where we can enjoy our naturism in all sorts of ways this summer.

There are six pages of travel features with the focus on Spain and its' islands, including Lanzarote and the often-overlooked island of Fuerteventura, where one of our new editors found the perfect naturist retreat.
