13 ways to get more out of your British Naturism membership

Come to an event this year - there are plenty of great ones to have fun at and mix with like-minded people. (See here).

Join the BN Members' Forum - lots of discussion, news, views and sharing of information and more on a variety of topics. (See here)

Sign up for the BN e-zine and have updates, reminders, links, news and announcements on all the good stuff going on with BN and naturism in the UK sent straight to your inbox every couple of weeks. Many of the news items and announcements in the magazine have already been circulated in an e-zine. To join send an email to me at commercial.manager@british-naturism.org.uk you'd like to receive it. Past e-zines can be read in on the forum, in the downloads section. (See here).

Join the BN Media Group and get involved in interviews, photo shoots, features, articles and TV programmes about naturism, playing your part in spreading the word. See what we're asked to help with on the forum under "Media Requests". To join send an email to me at commercial.manager@british-naturism.org.uk.

Get involved with Special Interest Groups. There's lots of activity on the forum with members discussing, sharing and helping each other with a wide variety of interests outside of naturism. Don't see your favourite subject on the list? Suggest it and we'll see what interest there is. (See here).

Write an article or letter for BN magazine. See here and here for further information and details of how to contribute.

Volunteer to help. You don't need to devote your life to good works, a few hours a month is all that's needed. As a largely volunteer organisation we need as many pairs of hands as we can get to do all the things we do for naturists everywhere. To find out more send an email to commercial.manager@british-naturism.org.uk.

Help us with campaigning for naturism. Threats to our freedom are everywhere and there are always specific issues that need our attention. See the campaigning pages for how you can help naturism to continue at Corton beach in Suffolk without leaving home. See here and here for further details.

Keep an eye on the BN website. It's chock full of news, features, articles and announcements and is updated regularly.

Raise funds for the BN President's Charity of the Year. See here and here for further details.

Visit a club, swim or beach - they need your support and it makes for a great day or evening out. See here for club information and here for information on beaches.

Find out more about your chosen holiday destination, or ask advice on where to go, from our team of experienced holiday advisors. See here for further information.

Spread the word. Naturists who have decided to keep their leisure time activity secret no longer have felt good about the response they've had from family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues. The more people that hear about naturism from people they know, the easier it is for us to make progress. Get a bundle of publicity leaflets from Head Office to hand out or to place in libraries, leisure centres, community centres and more.
